Each Week We Will Have A 1.5hr Group Coaching Call & Actionable Activities On Key Topic Related To Mental Health Dysfunctions:
Week 1: Resilience: Redefining Our Personal Laws & Setting Boundaries To Living With-in Your Unique Values.
Week 2: Intuitive Nutrition: Nutrition to Reduce the Feelings of Anxiety & Depression.
Week 5: Understanding Trauma: Change Our Perception & Removing the Emotional Charge Past Events Have On Us.
Week 3: Emotional & Breath Regulation: Identify Triggers, Increase Resilience to Stress & Finding Inner Peace.
Week 4: The Gut-Brain Connection: Optimising Gut Health For Optimal Mental Wellbeing.
Week 6: Self Acceptance: Facing Off With Ours Shadows & Accepting All Aspects Of Who We Are..
Week 7: Rebirthing Breath-work: Healing the Inner Child & 40min Rebirthing Breath-work Journey.
Week 8: The Journey To Self: Cultivating More Joy, Through Showing Up In The World Unconditional As You.
